We were honoured to host Ziauddin Yousafzai and staff from the Malala Fund at the MEDA head offices in Waterloo today. Ziauddin, Pakistani human rights activist and father of Nobel Peace Prize winner #Malala , spoke about education and economic empowerment for women and children at #MEDCon14 in Winnipeg, MB this past weekend. Today was a special opportunity to hear more about the Malala Fund's advocacy work and projects.
